2. Data processing

2.1. General information (server log data)
We automatically store information in our log files that your browser transmits when you access our website. These are:

•    Referrer URL (URL of the website visited prior to accessing our website)
•    Accessed or transferred files
•    Amount of data transferred
•    Browser type and version
•    Operating system
•    IP address of the accessing computer These data are used for statistical evaluation of the use of our website as well as for optimization and security, e.g. combating misuse through automated mass access (legitimate interest of data processing according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). They cannot be assigned to specific individuals or are not assigned to specific individuals by us. These data are not combined with other data sources.

2.4. Contact via the website
If an individual contacts MOMENI Development GmbH via email, the personal data voluntarily communicated via email will be automatically stored for the purpose of processing and establishing contact (legitimate interest in data processing according to Art. 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.

2.5. Deletion and blocking of personal data
When the purpose of processing is fulfilled or a legally prescribed storage or archiving period expires, personal data will be deleted or blocked in accordance with legal requirements.

2.6. Storage duration
The storage duration of personal data depends on the respective legal retention period and the purpose of processing. Once the legal retention period expires or the purpose of processing ceases to exist, personal data will be deleted unless it is necessary for contract fulfillment or initiation.

2.7. Recipients of personal data
In addition to Google Inc. (see Section 2.3 of this privacy policy), another recipient of personal data on this website is PlusServer GmbH (https://www.plusserver.com/), which operates the web hosting of this website. This concerns only personal data automatically provided by your browser (see Section 2.1 of this privacy policy).

3. Rights of data subjects
All rights of data subjects listed below can be exercised at any time, for example, by requesting them via email to info[at]momeni-group.com. Requests made by email or through contact with an employee will be processed and implemented promptly.

3.1. Right to confirmation
Data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed.

3.2. Right to Information
Data subjects have the right to request and obtain, free of charge, information about the personal data concerning them and a copy thereof. In addition to the copy, the following information is provided:
•    Purposes of processing
•    Categories of personal data
•    Recipients or categories of recipients in third countries or international organizations
•    Where possible, the planned duration of storage of the personal data or, if this is not possible, the criteria for determining that duration
•    The existence of other data subject rights, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
•    The existence of automated decision-making, including profiling If the personal data has not been obtained from the data subject, all available information about the source of the data is provided. If the data is also transferred to a third country or an international organization, appropriate safeguards, such as the use of EU Standard Contractual Clauses, are communicated.

3.3. Right to Rectification
Data subjects have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them and to request the completion of incomplete data, taking into account the purposes of the processing.

3.4. Right to Erasure or Right to be Forgotten
Data subjects have the right to request the erasure of personal data concerning them, which shall be deleted without undue delay if one of the following grounds applies and the processing is not necessary:
•    The personal data was collected or otherwise processed for purposes for which it is no longer needed.
•    The data subject withdraws consent to the processing, and there is no other legal basis for the processing.

•    The erasure of the data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
•    The personal data has been collected in relation to the offer of information society services referred to in Article 8(1) of the GDPR.
If MOMENI Development GmbH has made personal data of the data subject public and is obliged to erase it in accordance with Article 17(1) of the GDPR, MOMENI Development GmbH shall take reasonable steps, taking into account available technology and implementation costs, to inform other data controllers processing the published personal data that the data subject has requested erasure of any links to, or copies or replicas of, such personal data, unless the processing is necessary.

3.5. Right to Restriction of Processing
Data subjects have the right to obtain restriction of processing if one of the following conditions applies:
•    The accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject (for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the data).
•    The processing is unlawful, but the data subject opposes erasure and requests the restriction of use instead.
•    The controller no longer needs the data for the purposes of the processing, but the data subject requires it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
•    The data subject has objected to the processing pending the verification of whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.

3.6. Right to Data Portability
Data subjects have the right to data portability. This right entitles data subjects to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. They also have the right to transmit those data to another controller or to have the data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible.

3.7. Right to Object

This results in the prohibition of further data processing unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. If MOMENI Development GmbH processes personal data for direct marketing purposes, the data subject has the right to object at any time.
